About
Brighton, East Sussex
Take a pebble. Throw it. That's how close you are to the seafront. Nestled in the quaint narrow cobble-stoned alleyways of The Lanes, the oldest part of the city, you'll find Hotel du Vin Brighton - one of the most striking hotels in Brighton.
It's a charming spot rich in antique shops, galleries, boutiques, cafés, bars and restaurants. They've lovingly created a unique place to dine, drink, celebrate, and sleep - all from a jumble of quirky gothic-style buildings that were, appropriately enough, first built by a wine merchant in 1695.
Accommodation
Housed within a collection of eccentric gothic and mock Tudor buildings are 49 timelessly styled bedrooms and stunning suites, all featuring luxurious handsprung mattresses, fine Egyptian linen, powerful drench showers, plasma televisions and air conditioning, under floor heating and nespresso machines.
Hotel du Vin is created out of buildings with character and history, therefore please note the images are reflective of the room type but the decoration and exact configuration may change as all guest rooms are individual and unique.
Dining
At Bistro du Vin Brighton it's simple, really. Inspired by French home-style cooking with robust earthy dishes, and slow-cooked foods, Bistro du Vin's Gallic influenced menu has an undeniably British flavour.
As for the décor - think natural daylight, reclaimed dark-stained floorboards, restored fireplaces, framed pictures and paintings, soft lighting and comfortable chairs. This is Bistro du Vin. Bistro dining at its heart warming, mouth watering best.
