About
Bristol,
In Bristol, only Hotel du Vin offers 18th century architecture blended with chic contemporary 'loft-living' style bedrooms and a warm, welcoming interior that promises to take the weight off your feet - and your mind.
Full of eye-catching detail, the Sugar House is a lovingly restored collection of Grade II listed former sugar warehouses, beautifully transformed into one of the finest hotels in Bristol. From high ceilings and exposed brickwork that celebrates the city's industrial past, to the boutique chic of its décor, Hotel du Vin Bristol adds that wonderful feeling of 'je ne sais quoi' whenever you visit.
Accommodation
Housed within an impressively restored Sugar house are 40 timelessly styled bedrooms and stunning suites, all featuring luxurious handsprung mattresses, fine Egyptian linen, roll top baths and powerful drench showers, plasma televisions, and air conditioning.
Rooms have been sensitively converted in this iconic building, in order to maintain its unique features, with various styles of rooms to choose from, all rooms have the same Hotel du Vin luxuries but come in various shapes and sizes, and all rooms benefit from the signature du Vin roll top bath.
Hotel du Vin is created out of buildings with character and history, therefore please note the images are reflective of the room type but the decoration and exact configuration may change as all guest rooms are individual and unique.
Dining
At Bistro du Vin Bristol it's simple, really. Inspired by French home-style cooking with robust earthy dishes, and slow-cooked foods, Bistro du Vin's Gallic influenced menu has an undeniably British flavour.
As for the décor - think natural daylight, reclaimed dark-stained floorboards, restored fireplaces, framed pictures and paintings, soft lighting and comfortable chairs. This is Bistro du Vin. Bistro dining at its heart warming, mouth watering best.
